From the moment we contacted Ambience Hire we received a friendly but professional service from answering questions on products and fees to sending us samples and information. We had regular contact during the lead up to the wedding to finalise figures, numbers etc and we were filled with confidence that our room would be decorated as described on the website. On the morning of the wedding the bride was not there to see the transformation of the chairs, however the groom met Karen and witnessed a prompt and speedy dressing of the chairs that took no time at all. It was really nice to be able to come and visit you to see the chair covers, swatches and table decorations on display to plan my colour theme and you did everything you could to ensure it met my plans. I really appreciated you keeping in touch leading up to the wedding so I knew I did not have to worry about our arrangements. The set up on the day was a great help and you and your team were really friendly and helpful, especially when I had the weather crisis and needed extra table cloths and chair covers to fill the larger room, without hesitation you made the arrangements and handled everything so I had nothing to worry about, even when the staff at the hotel were difficult..... Thanks for the email, I was just so impressed with the whole service that you gave to us. We met up at the Stonehouse Court and you let us try different colour sashes with the chair covers and we so helpful.
