We won’t make you wait around

With an upcoming wedding you will have lots to do so we won’t make you wait around for us.  We will respond to your initial enquiry and any questions you have within 48 hours of you contacting us.

We will meet you face to face

We do not believe that we can provide the best venue styling advice over the phone or by email so we offer all of our clients a no obligation free Design Consultation. You can book your consultation by contacting your local Venue Stylist – see our Contacts page to find your local Venue Stylist.

We will be professional and patient

The lead up to a wedding can be a challenging time for our clients, their relatives and the venues.  We will act professionally and be patient with all of the people we need to work with in styling your venue to ensure that your day goes without a hitch.

We will listen, help and support you

The key to providing an exceptional service that exceeds our client’s expectations involves us listening to you, providing you with honest unbiased advice and supporting you with any challenges along the way.
