Your dream wedding venue is booked but do you need to add key items to the venue décor or is it a blank canvas to completely create your own personal and unique touch?  When I enter a venue with you, we will try to visualise the themes and colours we have already spoken about.

As a venue stylist I am here to help inspire you and to bring your dreams of a beautifully styled wedding venue to life.  Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and I want to make it as special as possible for you.

Lets Think “Colour”

If you are thinking of using champagne colours this will give a softer and glamorous look, platinum silvers will create a lavish and luxury look.  The classic champagnes, golds and silvers will never go out of fashion and do always look absolutely stunning.  If you want to give your wedding room a wow factor, choose cadbury purple or a hot pink and remember to also consider seasonal colours depending on the time of year you are getting married.  Soft pastels create a stunningly beautiful calm romantic look in spring, brights look wonderful in Summer, berries and oranges create a warmth in Autumn and burgundy reds are so striking in the Winter months.

Key Elements

If you get the key elements of your wedding décor right this will inevitably transform your venue, colours are important along with freshly laundered and pressed chair covers with perfectly styled bows which complement your dressed tables. I can see a perfect wedding setting developing in my mind already.

A handy hint from me … Don’t worry too much if your venue decor means you have to re-think your ideas of your colour scheme.  Keep your favourite colour for bridesmaids’ dresses and mens’ cravats and use it in the dressing of people.  Then select another complementary colour to suit the style of the room.  There are always ways around everything and I can help you every step of the way.

If you are stuck for ideas and your not sure what colors complement each other please do give me a call and we can have a chat.
