Hey, we’re Molly and Taylor and we offer atmospheric wedding and event styling in the beautiful, historic city of York as well as the surrounding towns and villages of Escrick, Tadcaster, Carlton, Howden and Pocklington.
We work closely with our clients to develop a design concept that complements your venue, reflects your personal style and creates the atmosphere you want your guests to experience.
Our wedding styling and event design services include a huge range of styling products alongside wedding and event florals, from statement floral arrangements and tablescapes to bouquets and buttonholes. We can also create personalised wedding signage and stationery, allowing every detail to flow beautifully and cohesively throughout your venue.

Best friends and business partners, we’ve spent the last decade dedicating ourselves to the hospitality and events industry. Taylor and I have an extensive background in hospitality management, leading busy venues and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Prior to launching Ambience Venue Styling York, I also spent two years working at Ambience Head Office behind the scenes, supporting our franchisees across the UK and loved it so much I became one myself!

Ambience Venue Styling has worked with thousands of clients across the UK, each with their own unique ideas and requirements. Many clients come to us unsure of exactly what they want, but with our experience and creative guidance we help shape their vision and remove the stress that often comes with planning wedding styling.
On the day of your wedding or event, we’ll deliver your styling elements, dress your venue and create your vision, before then returning afterwards to collect everything, allowing you to simply relax and enjoy every moment.

Inspiration and Guidance
We work on an appointment only basis, ensuring each client receives a personal one-to-one service.
We can arrange an initial Zoom consultation or phone call to discuss your styling ideas in more detail and help you visualise your design.
Once we understand the look and atmosphere you’d like to create, we’ll prepare a bespoke styling proposal and quotation that can be tailored to your rerquirements.

Bunny Hill
We recently booked Ambience York to style our wedding at Bunny Hill Wedding. We were not disappointed at all, booking Ambience was the best decision we could have made. They were outstanding and gave us everything we wanted and more. I was lost for words and cried happy tears. My husband and I were overwhelmed and loved every detail. They created the most amazing aisle and wedding breakfast set up.. The style was just right and complimented the venue. We had endless compliments at how “the styling was perfect”. The final details meeting is also a great idea- it gives you some insight into what the final product looks like and helps to reassure you that all the little details have been covered. The Grand York
The first look we got at the wedding breakfast room will stay with me for a long time; it truly was absolutely magical and just what I’d dreamed of. The lilac chiffon runners, the candles, the place name velvet bows (a massive hit with our guests!) – everything came together wonderfully; which for me was a massive worry. When planning a wedding, it’s so hard to visualise what each component will look like in harmony with the other, but I needn’t have worried!
The team were wonderful to work with; polite, kind and very responsive to emails. Their guidance when it came to colour and room layout was invaluable, and her knowledge of the space was a plus when it came to deciding what to include.
