We’ll take care of the practicalities too, including delivering, installing and styling your décor, before returning to carefully clear everything away afterwards.

What is included in your wedding styling service?

Do you offer set wedding styling packages or bespoke wedding styling?

We believe your wedding should feel personal, not one-size-fits-all. Rather than relying on a wedding decor package, our stylists create proposals around your venue, vision and priorities. Whether you have a clear concept in mind or need help bringing your ideas together, we’ll talk through the options and put together a tailored quotation.

Can you help us choose a wedding theme or colour scheme?

Of course! You don’t need to arrive with every detail decided. Share the colours you love, the atmosphere you want to create and anything you’ve already saved for inspiration. Your Ambience stylist can help turn those ideas into a bespoke design that complements your venue and feels right for you.

Can you work from our Pinterest board or inspiration photos?

Absolutely! Pinterest boards, saved Instagram posts, moodboards and AI-generated images are all brilliant ways to show us the look and atmosphere you love. AI inspiration can be a great creative starting point, but not everything you see in an image is achievable in a real venue or within a particular budget.

We’ll help you identify the key elements you’re drawn to – perhaps the colours, floral shapes, textures or overall mood and explore how to translate them into a beautiful design that works in practice. We’ll always be open and realistic about what’s possible financially and logistically, helping you achieve the feeling you love in a way that works for your wedding.

Do you provide wedding flowers as well as venue decor?

Many of our Ambience stylists offer floristry alongside venue styling, helping you create a coordinated look from your ceremony through to your reception. Services and availability can vary by location, so speak to your local stylist about the floral designs and decor they can provide.

Do you style intimate weddings as well as large celebrations?

We love weddings of all shapes and sizes. From a smaller gathering with thoughtful details to a large scale celebration with statement styling, we can explore ideas that suit your space, guest numbers and priorities. Your local stylist can confirm availability and any minimum booking requirements.

How much does wedding venue styling cost in the UK?

Wedding styling costs vary depending on your venue, the areas you’d like styled, your decor and floral choices, guest numbers and the work involved in setup and collection. Because every wedding is different, your local Ambience stylist will prepare a personalised quotation. The best place to start is by sharing your date, venue and a little about what you have in mind.

Can you work with our wedding styling budget?

We’re always happy to discuss your priorities and explore where your budget could make the biggest impact. Whether that means focusing on a statement ceremony feature or styling your reception tables beautifully, your local stylist can advise on options and provide a quotation based on what’s achievable. Prior to arranging a design consultation, your local stylist will send you a price guide to give you a feel of our products, services and costings.

Does your quotation include delivery, setup and collection?

Your quotation will set out the services and charges included for your particular booking. Delivery, installation and collection requirements can vary according to the venue, location, items selected and access times. We’ll make these arrangements and costings clear before you confirm your booking.

Can we hire decorations without a full styling service?

Some decor hire options may be available, depending on your local stylist, the items required and the arrangements for collection or setup. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll explain the options available in your area.

Booking your stylist

How far in advance should we book our wedding stylist?

We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have your date and venue. Many couples start planning their styling 12 months ahead, but it’s always worth asking if your wedding is sooner. Your local stylist can confirm availability.

How do we book an Ambience wedding stylist?

Start by finding your local Ambience stylist and sharing your wedding date, venue and a few ideas about the look you’d love. They’ll talk you through the next steps, discuss your requirements and prepare a quotation. Booking arrangements, including any payment needed to secure your date, will be explained before you commit.

Can we arrange a consultation before booking?

Yes definitely, we’d advise arranging a consultation in advance before booking. This may include a call, a meeting or sharing inspiration and venue details. Get in touch with your local Ambience stylist to find out what’s available.

What happens if we change our styling ideas after booking?

Wedding plans naturally evolve, and we understand that your ideas may change along the way. Let your stylist know as early as possible so they can review the options, availability and any effect on pricing. Any changes will be subject to your booking terms and the stage your preparations have reached.

Can we change the number of tables or guests after booking?

If your guest numbers change, please let your stylist know as soon as possible. We’ll discuss whether the styling quantities can be adjusted and whether that affects your quotation. Changes, reductions and deadlines are governed by the terms agreed for your booking.

Venue setup and logistics

Do you set up and take down the wedding decorations and florals?

Where installation and collection are included in your booking, your Ambience stylist will coordinate the agreed styling arrangements with you and your venue. Exact timings depend on venue access, the items selected and your event schedule, and will be confirmed as part of the planning process.

Can you style a wedding venue you haven’t worked at before?

Absolutely. We love discovering new spaces. Your stylist will discuss the venue layout, access arrangements and any styling restrictions, and may liaise with the venue team to make sure the design works beautifully within the space.

Can we reuse our ceremony decorations at the wedding reception?

Often, yes and we’ll always confirm in instances where this is possible. Repurposing floral arrangements or decor can be an effective and impactful way to make the most of your styling. It depends on the items involved, the distance between spaces and the time available for moving everything safely. Your stylist can advise what’s practical for your day.

Can we use real candles at our wedding venue?

Candlelight creates such a beautiful atmosphere, but each venue has its own safety rules. Some allow enclosed flames, while others require LED candles. Your stylist can help you explore suitable options once the venue’s requirements are confirmed.

Can you style an outdoor wedding ceremony?

Outdoor ceremonies can look incredible, from floral arches to beautifully styled aisles. We’ll need to consider weather conditions, ground surfaces, access and the venue’s rules before confirming what’s possible. Can you work alongside our venue, planner and other suppliers?

Yes. A beautifully styled wedding often involves several creative suppliers working together. Let us know who you’ve booked and what each supplier is providing so we can coordinate the design and practical arrangements, avoid duplication and help everything feel cohesive.

Payments and booking terms

Is a deposit required to secure our wedding date?

A booking payment will be required to secure your date and chosen services. Your local stylist will confirm the amount, payment schedule and applicable booking terms before you make a commitment. Please refer to your quotation and booking agreement for the details that apply to your wedding.

When is the final balance due?

Your payment schedule will be set out in your quotation or booking agreement. Your local stylist can explain when instalments or the final balance are due and answer any questions before you confirm your booking. Generally speaking your final balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your event date.

What happens if we need to postpone or cancel our wedding?

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to postpone or cancel, contact your stylist as soon as possible so they can explain the options available. Any fees, transfers or refunds will depend on your booking agreement and the circumstances involved.

Do you style events other than weddings?
