Hi, I’m Lauren and my amazing team and I style weddings and events across the stunning region of West Sussex. We offer creative venue styling, prop hire, floral design and signage that’s both impactful and atmospheric. If you’re looking for a cohesive feel with one design flowing throughout, we can provide all of your needs from centrepiece arrangements to bouquets and buttonholes, lovingly created to suit your vision. We also work on corporate brand events offering commercial styling to suit your design brief.
Over the years we have established excellent relationships with local venues and we’re incredibly proud to be a recommended supplier at Alexander House Hotel, Langshott Manor, Highley Manor, The Ravenswood and South Lodge.
We offer free online design consultations to discuss all of your styling and floristry needs before then creating your bespoke quote. Ambience Venue Styling has had the pleasure of working with thousands of clients over the years, each with their own specific requirements. With our knowledge and experience we are able to guide you and eliminate the stress that planning your styling can cause.
On the day of your wedding we’ll deliver the stock, dress your venue and then return the following day to collect everything – leaving you to enjoy every minute of your wedding day.

Inspiration and Guidance
We work on an appointment only basis so as to ensure that each of our clients receives a personal one to one service. We can arrange an initial phone call or Zoom meeting and I’m more than happy to meet you at your chosen venue to discuss your styling in more detail and really help you visualise your styling. Likewise if you know exactly what you want, just lead the way!
Once I’ve got a strong understanding of the vision you’re aiming to achieve, I’ll build you a bespoke quote and then it won’t be long before you’re well and truly on your style journey!

The Ravenswood
Lauren is so incredibly talented and I cannot thank her enough for making our day look so beautiful! Right from the first meeting, Lauren completely understood our brief and was so onboard with the vibe that we wanted. She’s so lovely and knowledgeable and really helped steer me in the right direction when I needed it! Everyone was so complimentary on how beautiful the decor was and the smaller details and seeing it all come to life was breathtaking. The flower arch, the disco balls and the centre pieces were just stunning all together and the mix and match of the reds and pinks were just incredible – the photos honestly don’t do it justice of just how amazing it looked!

Langshott Manor
Lauren at Ambience provided the decorations and venue styling for our wedding at Langshot Manor in Horley. We are so thankful to her for doing such an incredible job. From the very start she listened to all of our whacky ideas and came up with truly unique designs and solutions. Throughout the process we felt that everything was in hand and there was no stress whatsoever, which is a big bonus when planning a wedding!

Alexander House
Lauren did such a beautiful job styling our wedding venue earlier this year. Everything looked beautiful and we had lots of compliments about how beautiful the ceremony room looked and we loved the gorgeous flowers and candles during the reception. We cannot explain how convenient it was having Lauren come to set up the venue and then change the decor around to reuse items from the ceremony into the reception.
She even helped us navigate last minute chair stress with the venue!
She is so lovely and made us feel comfortable from our very first zoom call. She understood exactly what we wanted and took so much stress away from us by sorting out all of the styling!

Langshott Manor
Lauren did everything we could have asked for our wedding. We had no idea what we wanted and she helped and guided us through the variety of different options and we really couldn’t recommend her enough.
We were able to split the payment over manageable instalments and on the day it was like clockwork, so professional and so easy for us.
I’m not going to have a second wedding but if I was I would 100% go to Lauren again!
