Hello! I’m Hayley and we style weddings and events in and around the vibrant city of Leeds as well as Halifax, Bradford, Keighley, Skipton and into the Dales! Based in Horsforth we’re centrally located, which means we’re only a short drive away from all of the amazing venues that we’re lucky enough to work with. If you’re looking for a cohesive feel to your décor, with one design flowing throughout, we also offer a full floristry service – everything from centrepieces and aisle décor to bouquets and buttonholes!
We provide a complete design, hire and styling service, including everything from stationery and signage to floristry – ensuring that consistent style and quality is carried through into every element of your big day. We’re proud to be a recommended supplier to brilliant venues including: Chevin Country Park Hotel and Spa, Oulton Hall, The Mansion Roundhay, Hollins Hall, The Devonshire Fell and Devonshire Arms.
As well as weddings, we also have the pleasure of working on corporate brand events offering commercial styling to suit your design brief. We love working closely with our clients to create innovative designs that reflect their unique personalities and lifestyles. We offer free design consultations to discuss all of your styling and floristry needs, so if you’re looking to make a start on that “to do list” we’d love to hear from you!
Becoming an Ambience franchisee really was a dream come true for me. Ambience styled my wedding in 2019 and I just loved everything about the work they did for me and I was blown away with how perfect our venue was styled on the day of our wedding. I cried lots of happy tears! I’ll never forget the feeling of how magical our venue looked and I aim to give every one of my couples that same feeling on their wedding day. It’s a privilege to be involved in the best day of my client’s lives and I consistently go the extra mile to make sure my clients are thrilled with the result!
Ambience Venue Styling has had the pleasure of working with thousands of clients each with their own specific requirements, some have even come to us without really knowing what they want, however with our knowledge and experience we are able to guide you and eliminate the stress that planning your styling can cause.
Inspiration and Guidance
We work on an appointment only basis so as to ensure that each of our clients receives a personal one to one service. We can arrange an initial phone call or Zoom meeting and I’m more than happy to meet you at your chosen venue to discuss your styling in more detail and really help you visualise your styling. Likewise if you know exactly what you want, just lead the way!
Once we’ve got a strong understanding of the vision you’re aiming to achieve, we’ll build you a bespoke quote and then it won’t be long before you’re well and truly on your style journey!

Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa
We worked with Hayley at Ambience, Leeds for our wedding in October 2022 at the Chevin Country Park Hotel. It was a real pleasure working with Hayley. She was extremely approachable and happy to give us ideas and suggestions for styling our wedding day. She was always accommodating – meeting us after work for planning meetings, and answering questions and giving us recommendations just a couple of days before the wedding. She also helped us arrange a Magic Mirror and its set up with company. Our room looked beautiful on the wedding day – I cried when I saw it; it was just perfect! The Village Hotel
Our wedding was in October 2020 and we had a last minute change of venue due to restrictions. We were introduced to Ellen through the Village Hotel and she completely transformed the room. She was full of enthusiasm and passion and at that point with all the changes we were quite disheartened but Ellen brought that excitement back to our big day and the room looked absolutely beautiful, better than we could have imagined!
