Ambience Venue Styling has had the pleasure of working with thousands of clients each with their own specific requirements, some have even come to us without really knowing what they want, however with our knowledge and experience we are able to guide you and eliminate the stress that planning your styling can cause.
On the day of your wedding, we’ll deliver the stock and/or floristry, style your venue and then return the following day to collect everything – leaving you to enjoy every minute of your wedding day.
We’re proud to be recommended by lots of incredible venues within the area including Rudding Park, Oakwood at Ryther, Bunny Hill, The Normans, Thicket Priory, Thirsk Lodge Barns, Burtonfields Hall, the five star Grand Hotel and Spa in York and the five star Grantley Hall just outside of Ripon. We’ve also recently achieved recommended supplier status at Pepper Arden Hall and Camblesforth Hall too. We pride ourselves on delivering an all-round professional, creative and enjoyable experience and live for those unforgettable moments when our clients see their styling, floristry and signage for the first time!
We work on an appointment only basis so as to ensure that each of our clients receives a personal one to one service. We can arrange an initial phone call to discuss your styling in more detail and really help you visualise your styling. Likewise, if you know exactly what you want, just lead the way!
Once we’ve got a strong understanding of the vision you’re aiming to achieve, we’ll build you a bespoke quote and then it won’t be long before you’re well and truly on your style journey!
We can help you style out the most amazing wedding ceremony and wedding reception design with our vast product range – Chair decor, aisle decor, aisle runner, lanterns, registrar table décor, entrance décor, backdrops, wedding arches, moongates, centrepiece designs, table decor, luxury charger plates, table linen, tablescapes, personalised signage, seating plans, place names, table numbers, audio guest books, champagne towers and much more! We can also offer venue floristry to completely transform your space whether it’s a bowl arrangement, bud vases or a floral focal point. Our super talented floristry lead, Imogen, will work her magic for you.

Lydia styled our wedding at Rudding Park in April 2024 and wow did she deliver.
From first contacting Lydia she felt more like a friend, we honestly felt like we had known her for years. She was so welcoming, friendly and you can feel the passion she has for styling, not to mention that she literally has the purest heart.
Lydia listened to us every single step of our wedding journey, she brought our Pinterest board to life but made it 10x better. We wanted elegance and class with a touch of blush pink and candle light – and wow oh wow, our wedding looked like something out of a magazine, it was SO dreamy and all our guests were in complete awe. We couldn’t believe the room we were standing in was created for us and that it was our wedding, it felt like a dream. The attention to detail was outstanding, everything was perfectly placed together and the whole room looked and felt so elegant.

A feeling I will remember for the rest of my life!
We chose Ambience to style our wedding on 01.07.23. Something that stood out to us over other local stylists was the amount of choice they had. Lydia from the North Yorkshire branch was so helpful at our meeting, listening to our vision, offering a wide range of options and wasn’t in any way pushy or focused on upselling which was such a positive for us. On the day to say we were blown away is an understatement. The wedding breakfast room looked incredible with what we had hired. Not only this but something that stood out was how well Ambience had worked with our other suppliers, particularly our florist who provided some other elements of styling. I cannot thank you enough, Lydia. The feeling of walking into the breakfast room and seeing everything styled so well together is a feeling I will remember for the rest of my life.

Where to even start… Our wedding day was absolutely made by Lydia and the amazing team behind Ambience. Lydia at Ambience North Yorkshire is an absolute creative genius! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble at all in the lead up to our event and on the day both Lydia and Imogen delivered the most beautiful set up for our exhibition. I went to Lydia with a vague vision as to what I wanted and she came back to me with more than I could have ever imagined. She is so creative and came up with a plan to impressively dress 2 of our exhibition spaces that really had the wow factor. I got asked repeatedly throughout our show, who had created our stand as it was so striking! We were also highlighted in amongst 300+ suppliers as one of the best dressed stands – thanks to Lydia and her team.
