Hello, we are Sarah and Kate and we style weddings and events in and around Cheltenham and the beautiful Cotswolds. Having worked together for more than 10 years organising and running events, we have the perfect skills to create a bespoke look especially for you. We’re very proud to be the recommended stylists at Wild Thyme and Honey, The Barn at Upcote and The Kings Head Hotel. We offer free design consultations to discuss all your styling needs in our design studio right here in the Cotswolds and we’d love to hear from you!
Ambience Venue Styling has had the pleasure of working with thousands of clients each with their own specific requirements, some have even come to us without really knowing what they want, however with our knowledge and experience we are able to guide you and eliminate the stress that planning your styling can cause.
Inspiration and Guidance
We work on an appointment only basis so as to ensure that each of our clients receives a personal one to one service. We can arrange an initial phone call or Zoom meeting and we’re more than happy to meet you at your chosen venue to discuss your styling in more detail and really help you visualise your styling. Likewise if you know exactly what you want, just lead the way!
Once we’ve got a strong understanding of the vision you’re aiming to achieve, we’ll build you a bespoke quote and then it won’t be long before you’re well and truly on your style journey!

Right from the start they couldn’t have been more helpful, the venue was out of their catchment area, however because I wanted them to do my styling they agreed to travel.
