We’re officially in March and we can all start looking forward to the warmer, sunnier months ahead!
Blossom will soon be in full bloom making the outdoors come to life once again. It’s also host to Easter and many clients choose the Bank Holiday break to get married and extend their celebrations with family and friends.
Spring weddings tend to see a subtle injection of colour with pastel colour palettes, muted tones and softer shades being a popular choice for this time of year but popular doesn’t have to mean predictable! We’ve lined up some perfectly matched combinations for you to consider
Blush pink, sage and ivory
Warmer months can mean warmer tones and this is a great way of creating a vibrant, fresh look that mirrors the feeling we all get when we think of Spring. Unstructured, wild blooms with foliage detailing compliments this palette perfectly.
Earthy Tones
With a nod to nature and an emphasis on dried grasses and florals, this is a modern take on your previous “rustic wedding”. Using base colours of stone, oatmeal and ivory and layering this with accents of peach or muted pink will create an elegant, timeless look with a raw, textured edge.
Dusty blue, green and white
For those who are looking to create a feeling of opulence opt for a prominent white palette with minimal touches of dusty blue brought through in details such as table linens, watercolour place names and florals. For a deeper hue try cornflower blue which will add a more striking contrast to your styling.
