Hello, we’re Simone and Paul and we style weddings and events across the capital city of Edinburgh and The Lothians. Having lived in Scotland for over 25 years, we know just how many fantastic locations there are here to celebrate special occasions, you’re spoilt for choice! Whether your chosen venue is a historic castle, elegant stately home, boutique hotel or rustic barn venue, we have a vast stock collections to help transform and personalise your space.
We provide luxury styling, floristry, prop hire and signage for a wide range of different events. Working with couples, event clients, corporate clients, and commercial clients, whatever your reason for celebrating or hosting an event, we can help!
Partners in life and in business, we’ve been styling large scale Christmas events together for the last few years before deciding to also extend our creativity and experience into the incredible industry of weddings and events. We offer free design consultations to discuss all your styling needs and we’d love to hear from you! Don’t worry if you’re not entirely sure of what you want just yet, we’ll gladly guide you! Likewise if you’re working towards a specific brief, we’re more than happy to look over this and see if it’s something we can achieve for you.
Ambience Venue Styling has had the pleasure of working with thousands of clients each with their own specific requirements, some have even come to us without really knowing what they want, however with our knowledge and experience we are able to guide you and eliminate the stress that planning your styling can cause.
Inspiration and Guidance
We work on an appointment only basis so as to ensure that each of our clients receives a personal one to one service. We can arrange an initial phone call or Zoom meeting and I’m more than happy to meet you at your chosen venue to discuss your styling in more detail and really help you visualise your styling. Likewise if you know exactly what you want, just lead the way!
Once I’ve got a strong understanding of the vision you’re aiming to achieve, I’ll build you a bespoke quote and then it won’t be long before you’re well and truly on your style journey!

DALHOUSIE CASTLE
Ambience Edinburgh & The Lothians styled Dalhousie Castle for my wedding day and on the lead up to the wedding, I was in very regular contact discussing colour schemes etc. Ambience absolutely brilliant, they responded very promptly to all enquiries and was so helpful in providing ideas such as candelabras, styling for the guests and top table. I was blown away on our wedding day at how beautiful Ambience had transformed the room for the wedding breakfast and also for the evening reception. Everything was perfect I would absolutely recommend anyone to use them for their functions and if I need anything like this in the future, I will certainly contact them. Thank you for all your hard work and for making our wedding day that little bit more special.

Ambience and Venue Styling Edinburgh provided an absolutely phenomenal service for our wedding at Norton House Hotel and Spa. We were both absolutely blown away by how amazing everything looked. Everything looked even better than how we imagined it. All our guests commented on how stunning the set up was. The flower/moon arch was a massive hit! We have just got a first preview of the incredible photos from our photographer and all your efforts have resulted in stunning backdrops for our photos. I highly recommend Ambience Venue Styling Edinburgh.The team were always really helpful and patient with us while we discussed different ideas for our styling. They always came back promptly to my many emails and I really appreciated all the photo examples were sent. The venue looked absolutely gorgeous on the day, we loved everything, especially the happily ever after sign which our guests loved as a photo opportunity. Ambience is absolutely brilliant with communication on how you’d prefer your venue to be set up. Everything was very straight forward, the pricing, their supplies available ect. Great guidance as well if required on making a decision.
