The beautiful models were a real life couple, newly married and total naturals! Lauren, the bride wore a fabulous ruffled, embellished gown from Karen Elizabeth Bridal and she brought along a pair of burgundy suede heels which worked perfectly with the burgundy accents throughout the decor.
The neutral ceremony room with wooden flooring and crystal chandeliers meant that Tina could opt for an elegant silver grey chiffon on the cross back chairs, finished off with delicate burgundy ribbon ties. The aisle was lined with acrylic pedestals, candlelight and festive woodland touches of foliage and pine cones.
Two different looks for the wedding reception were created. Banquet dining is a very popular choice for couples getting married in 2021 and 2022 so Tina worked with florist, Tracey Williams to style a gorgeous winter tablescape as well as table decor for two round tables. Place settings layered up with gold charger plates and contrasting burgundy and grey napkins were completed with wedding stationery pieces by Oops A Doodle and Peach Wolf. To add height, Tina used coloured taper candles in gold candlestick holders and introduced low level candlelight with pops of coloured glass tealight holders.
We spoke to Tina about the day:
“I met photographer, Emily at the Ravenwood wedding fair November 2019 and we talked about working together on a shoot but as we tried to plan dates, along came Covid! Eventually in October 2020 we got the chance -we had a super day and it was great fun! Emily got the images back to us really quickly and we’re all thrilled with the results.Thank you to everyone involved, can’t wait to do our next shoot”
